**Job Description: Axford Real Estate REALTOR® Assistant - 11:00am-7:00pm Weekdays**

General Statement of Purpose

The job incumbent will be responsible for three roles:

- Efficient and effective office administrative functions;
- Performing marketing activities through print and online; and
- Errand running and open for showings.

Job

**Responsibilities**:
1) Administrative Activities:

- Process listings
- Assist in preparing listing and purchase contracts
- Daily use of real estate software
- Open doors for buyer showings (car is necessary)
- Perform business errands (pick up documents and keys)
- Schedule appointments
- Answer telephones
- General lead generation and business tracking

2) Marketing Activities:

- Assist in designing and Implementing print and web marketing efforts
- Mail set up and delivery (ordering, shipping, and delivering)
- Social media marketing

Work Environment

The job incumbent is a real estate assistant that is supervised by Axford Real Estate. Job duties will be done at a combination of at Axford Real Estate office errand running.

Job Specifications

Education and Experience: Experience working in an office environment is desirable and experience in real estate either at an office or as a previous REALTOR® assistant is also desirable.

**Job Type**: Full time

**Salary**: From $20.00-$25.00 per hour depending on experience
