**Job Description: Axford Real Estate and Property Management - Property Manager Assistant**
General Statement of Purpose
**Job Duties and Responsibilities**
- Organization of property files; filling out information checklist, copies of each necessary document in physical file and saved to cloud storage.
- Coordinating between trades and tenants; opening properties or making keys available.
- Shortlisting new tradespeople.
- Gathering quotes/estimates for repairs.
- Obtaining work approval from owners.
- Delivering notices.
- Posting advertisements on various websites & social media outlets.
- Communicating effectively with Landlords and Tenants.
- Preparing cheques and sending payments to tradespeople.
- Spreadsheet development.
- Preparing and creating Residential Tenancy Agreements and other RTB agreements.
- Ensuring error-free delivery of documents and agreements.
**Work Environment**
The job incumbent is a property management/ administrative assistant who is supervised by Axford Real Estate.
**Job Specifications**
**Education and Experience**: Experience working in an office environment is desirable and experience in real estate, either at an office or as a previous REALTOR® assistant is also desirable. Property Management experience is an asset.
**Knowledge and Abilities**:
**Remuneration will be based on experience.**
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
