Administrative Assistant

Creative Children - Port Moody, BC

Full-Time, Permanent
- Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm (40 hours per week)

**Creative Children** is one of the largest distributors of art & school supplies in Western Canada supplying daycares and public & private schools. We have a close-knit team of dedicated staff that has made us the success we are today.
- Assisting Sales & Operations with required tasks.
- Provide outstanding customer service and cultivate strong, loyal relationships to existing and new accounts.
- Prepare and revise student supply lists and quotes for schools.
- Provide online customer support as required.
- Generate and maintain detailed excel spreadsheets.

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Detail orientated and meticulous.
- Excellent problem-solving and numerical skills.
- Outstanding inside sales and customer service skills
- Work well independently as well as in a team environment
- Exceptional skills working with excel, word & outlook

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $19.00-$21.00 per hour

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 2 years (preferred)
