**Human Resources Associate Manager**

**Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following**:

- Provide administrative support to the HR department, including but not limited to, scheduling interviews, maintaining employee files, and processing paperwork.
- Processing semi-monthly payroll in ADP Workforce Now for hourly and salary employees and maintain accurate records.
- Assist with benefits administration, including enrolment, changes, and termination of benefits in Manulife.
- Manage the full cycle recruitment process, drafting job descriptions, job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and reference checks.
- Coordinate employee training and development programs.
- Monitoring the performance of employees during their probationary period.
- Conduct new employee orientation, prepare offer letters, and ensure all new employee paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Maintain compliance with federal, provincial, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Keeping the employee handbook and organizational staffing chart up to date.
- Manage HR-related projects and initiatives as assigned.
- Prepare and submit documentation to external agencies, such as workers’ compensation claims, unemployment claims, and employment verification, among others.
- Take part in meetings related to disciplinary action and termination.
- Conduct negotiations with potential and existing employees on hourly and salary compensation and benefits.

**Qualifications**:

- Post-secondary education in Human Resources.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Experience in processing payroll particularly in ADP Workforce Now
- Strong understanding of HR policies and procedures.
- Experience with recruitment, employee onboarding, and benefits administration.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and time management skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- Maintain a positive attitude and focus on customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.
- Stress tolerance

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
