Nous recherchons un individu hautement organisé et axé sur les détails pour rejoindre notre équipe en tant qu'Assistant(e) de Projet et d'Administration.
**Responsabilités**:
- Aider à la planification, la coordination et l'exécution des projets.
- Collaborer avec les équipes de projet pour assurer la réalisation des objectifs.
- Préparer la documentation et les rapports de projet.
- Servir de lien entre les équipes de projet et divers départements.
- Assister le Directeur des Ventes dans ses tâches quotidiennes.
- Préparer des rapports de ventes et des analyses.
- Coordonner les calendriers et les rendez-vous pour la direction des ventes.
- Saisir et maintenir les données du projet dans les systèmes pertinents.
- Gérer et organiser les fichiers, documents et dossiers de bureau.
**Éducation et Expérience**:
- Diplôme collegiale ou universitaire en administration des affaires, gestion de projet ou domaine connexe.(requis)
- Connaissances des systemes de sécurité tel que les alarmes, cameras et le contrôle d'accès (atout)
- 5+ ans d'expérience dans un domaine du service a la clientele ou ventes (requis)
- Entrepreneurs dans le milieu de la Securité sont invités à postuler
**Compétences**:
- Complètement Billangue (FR-EN)
- Expérience avérée dans des rôles administratifs.
- Excellentes compétences organisationnelles et capacités à gérer plusieurs tâches.
- Solides compétences en communication et en relations interpersonnelles.
- Compréhension accrue des systemes de sécurité
- We're looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Project and Administration Assistant.
**Responsibilities**:
- Assist with project planning, coordination and execution.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure objectives are met.
- Prepare project documentation and reports.
- Act as liaison between project teams and various departments.
- Assist the Sales Manager in his daily tasks.
- Prepare sales reports and analyses.
- Coordinate schedules and appointments for sales management.
- Enter and maintain project data in relevant systems.
- Manage and organize office files, documents and records.
**Education and Experience**:
- College or university degree in business administration, project management or related field (required).
- Knowledge of security systems such as alarms, cameras and access control (asset)
- 5+ years experience in customer service or sales (required)
- Contractors in the security industry are invited to apply.
**Skills**:
- Proven experience in administrative roles.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of security systems.
