Van Pro Inc, une entreprise de premier plan dans l'industrie de l'aménagement de véhicules, est actuellement à la recherche d'un(e) assistant(e) administratif(ve) expérimenté(e) qui fournira un soutien administratif, clérical et comptable et répondra aux appels téléphoniques et aux courriels.

**Principales responsabilités**:

- Répondre aux appels entrants pour le service à la clientèle, les ventes, les comptes clients et les comptes fournisseurs.
- Maintenir les fournitures de bureau, ainsi que l'inventaire des produits.
- Fournir des services administratifs aux équipes de comptabilité, de vente et de marketing.
- Facturation, comptes fournisseurs et comptes clients.
- Gérer les paiements et les reçus.
- Effectuer des tâches de saisie de données.
- Autres tâches de comptabilité générale : création de bons de commande, préparation de dépôts bancaires, classement, etc.
- Fournir un soutien administratif à l'équipe de direction.

**Compétences et habiletés requises**:

- 2 à 3 ans d'expérience professionnelle dans un environnement de bureau.
- Connaissance de Microsoft Word et Excel (la connaissance d'Intuit QuickBooks est un atout).
- Travailler de manière autonome avec peu de supervision, ainsi qu'en équipe.
- Capacite d'exécuter des tâches administratives complexes avec supervision mínimale et multitâches.
- Bilinguisme tant l'orale que à l'écrit (français et anglais).

R**esponsibilities**:

- Answer incoming calls for customer service, sales, account receivables and account payables.
- Maintaining office supplies, as well as product inventory.
- Provide administrative accounting, sales, and marketing teams.
- Invoicing, accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Manage payments and receipts.
- Perform data entry tasks.
- Other general accounting: create purchase orders, prepare bank deposits, filing, etc.
- Provide administrative support to the management team

**Requirements**:

- 2-3 years of working experience in an office environment.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel (knowledge of Intuit QuickBooks is an asset)
- Works autonomously with little supervision and as part of a team.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Detail oriented and highly organized
- Able to complete complex administrative tasks with mínimal supervision.
- Bilingual (French and English)

**Salary**: $17.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
