**Job description**

**Duties and Responsibilities**

Greet and service our clients and prospective clients by making them feel valued and important.

Provide support service to the Senior Admin and advisory team.

Review /prepare financial (deposits, switches, redemptions, etc.) and non-financial (change of name, address, banking, etc.) change request documentation.
Maintain and input data into our Client Management System.
Contact clients to book appointments and update information.

Complete and process all necessary paperwork for clients to sign both physically and electronically.

Complete employee payroll and tax information, as needed.

Make adjustments to advisor schedules and update calendars accordingly.

Process and file paperwork.
Maintain general office appearance.
Perform other duties as assigned.

**Skills and Qualifications**

Ability to work independently and within a team.

Previous experience in customer service or as an administrative assistant role.

Excellent written and communication skills.
High level of attention to detail.
Proven organizational and problem solving skills.
Works well in a multi task environment without supervision.
Self motivated with a strong work ethic.
Proficient computer skills (eg. MS Word, Excel and Outlook)

**Education and Training Requirements**

Secondary School Diploma or equivalent
University degree or College diploma is an asset..
Financial Services or Banking background is an asset.

**Job Types**: Part-Time, Permanent

**Salary**: $20 per hour

- Monday to Friday, no weekends or holidays
- PT hours flex between 9am-5pm,
- Coverage of Senior Admin absence as needed
