- Proven experience as an office administrator or in a similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Knowledge of payroll processes and human resources procedures
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize work
- Experience in vendor management and maintaining relationships with suppliers
- Ability to perform clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and record keeping
**Salary**: $22.00-$27.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
