**Office Administrator**
**Duties and Responsibilities**:
**accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, bank reconciliation, monthly statements**
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Organize and schedule appointments
- Maintain contact lists
- Create and update records as needed (e.g., invoices, customer records)
- Maintain office supplies stock (e.g., envelopes, pens)
- Update and maintain office policies (e.g., confidentiality)
- Perform other office duties as assigned
- Maintain office atmosphere and morale by providing a pleasant and safe work environment
- Handle mail and accept deliveries via courier service
- Make travel arrangements with the local offices as needed
- Update and maintain office policies (e.g., security measures, confidentiality)
- Perform other office duties as assigned
**Skills/Qualifications**:
- Proven experience as an Office administrator, Front office assistant, or relevant role
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work carefully
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
