**Duties**:

- Perform a variety of administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the office
- Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette
- Assist with payroll processing and maintain accurate records
- Supervise and coordinate office activities, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company policies
- Maintain organized filing systems and ensure documents are properly stored
- Provide clerical support such as data entry, filing, and document preparation

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in an administrative role, demonstrating strong organizational skills
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Familiarity with payroll processing
- Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Business Vision and Sage
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in completing administrative tasks
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
