We are seeking an **Accounts Receivable Specialist** to become a part of our team

**Responsibilities**:
Verifying the accuracy of invoices, investigate inconsistencies, control return calls/parts ordered status, overdue collections, posting payments, liase with technicians and customers, collections, preparing and posting late fees, posting bank deposits, reconciling AR balance between systems.
- Prepare and send invoices; verify accuracy, investigate inconsistencies
- Collections; communicate with clients regarding overdue accounts
- Liase with clients and technicians
- Posting bank deposits
- Reconciling AR accounts

**Qualifications**:

- Excel in customer service
- Knowledge of Mac/Apple
- Understanding of HVAC terminology (an asset)
- Knowledge of Google Apps; Google Drive/Gmail/Keep etc.
- Accounts Receivable/Collection experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Organization skills

**Who are you?** You have 2+ years office experience with some experience in AR. Your personality is friendly and professional and excel in effective communication while conversing with our customers and technicians. You are dependable, reliable, ambitious and have a strong work ethic.

**HOURS**: Permanent, Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8-4:30pm

**Responsibilities**: Including, but not limited to: Verifying the accuracy of invoices, investigate inconsistencies, control return calls/parts ordered status, overdue collections, posting payments, liase with technicians and customers, collections, preparing and posting late fees, posting bank deposits, reconciling AR balance between systems.

**HARD SKILLS**: Knowledge of Mac/Apple, understanding of HVAC terms & equipment, Jobber, Google Apps, Gmail, Typing Speed 55+ words/min, administrative functions, accounting terminology, customer service.

**SOFT SKILLS**: Organized, Friendly, reliable, able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, dependable, able to work independently, detail oriented, able to quickly grasp new concepts
