**BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE (Outbound )**
Job type: Full-time
Location: Hybrid / Remote
**PURPOSE OF JOB**
**PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Makes daily outbound calls to net new prospects using company provided tools/software and acting on other sales leads as necessary.
- Generate referrals from existing clients.
- Set appointments with clients and prospects as directed.
- Effectively probes to determine the customer’s needs, pain points and hot buttons and records accurately.
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly cold call, sales, and productivity targets.
- Sell relevant solutions as per customer needs.
- Utilize marketing material provided to promote the program and enhance the customer experience
- Provide over the phone support to clients as and when required.
- Attends all vendor training sessions as required and stay up to date with product knowledge.
- Seeks and accepts coaching for improvement
**RECOMMENDED QUALIFICATIONS**
- Knowledge / Skill Requirements: _
- Cold Calling experience in a sales environment.
- Must have a basic understanding of computer systems.
- Excellent communication skills - verbal and written
- Strong relationship-building skills
- Strong attention to detail when gathering insight on prospective customers
- Strong discipline and persistent attitude to perform the required duties regularly.
- Self-motivated to work independently and on a team
- Maintain strong level of customer data privacy.
**Experience**: 3-5 years of experience in sales environment preferred
**Education**:High School Diploma
**Location(s)**: Canada (Remote / Hybrid)
**Schedule**: Full-time 8:30 - 4:30
**Compensation**: Competetive Structure with Base + Commission.
