**Roles and Responsibilities**:
- Qualification: Evaluate leads to determine their fit for the company's products or services based on predefined criteria & qualification questions.
- Appointment Setting: Schedule qualified leads for appointments & product demonstrations with the appropriate account executives.
- Lead Nurturing: Maintain ongoing communication with leads to keep them engaged and informed about the company's offerings, industry trends, and relevant content.
- Pipeline Management: Keep accurate records of lead interactions, status updates, and next steps in the company's CRM system to ensure a well-managed and organized sales pipeline.
**Must have Skills**:
- Communication: Strong verbal and written skills.
- Active Listening: Ability to understand prospect needs.
- Interpersonal Skills: Building rapport with clients.

**Other Requirements**:
- Work From Home: This is a remote-work-first role. However, it is expected that you will meet with senior management on a recurring basis.
