NOVA Signage is a leader in providing innovative signage solutions for the sign and printing shop industry. Specializing in products and services tailored to meet the unique needs of sign and printing shops across North America, we are dedicated to enhancing visibility and efficiency for our clients. Our commitment to technology, quality, and customer satisfaction positions us at the forefront of our field. Main products include laser cut acrylic, PVC signs, flat cut metal, fabricated metal signs, trimless channel letters and LED neon signs.

We are looking for a motivated and skilled Business Development Representative (covering AB) to drive our business growth through strategic client acquisition and market expansion.

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Achieve quarterly targets for new sign shop sign-ups.
- Conduct regular in-person product demonstrations.
- Expand market reach into new areas or sectors each quarter.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
- Collect and report client feedback.

**Incentive Structure**:

- Competitive commission on new sign-ups.
- Bonuses for exceeding quarterly and annual targets.
- Incentives for product demonstrations and market expansion.
- Annual bonus for client retention.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience in business development or sales.
- 2+ years of working experience in signage industry
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel for meetings and demos.
- Strong organizational and relationship-building abilities.
- Proven ability to reach, access and secure meetings with appropriate decision makers
- Decent working experience with Gmail / G suite, CRM is a plus
- Valid driver license, vehicle, safe driving record, and have auto insurance.

**Good to Have**:

- Previous experience working for GEMINI Inc. or similar companies in the signage industry.
