As a Business Development Representative, you will source net new partnerships for new and existing lines of business within the New Business Development team. You will get to work with a team on prospecting a book of business, get creative and build partnerships with North America's top retailers You will play a critical support role for the entire new business team.

**What you'll get the opportunity to do**:

- **External Communication and Selling**:use creative means to prospect, contact and begin the early stages of the sales funnel to help drive net new partnerships. Triage inbound and qualified new partners. Set up meetings for clients and executives, assign appropriate services and products to prospective clients. Participate in sales meetings and
- **Internal Business Review Process Ownership**:identify areas of opportunity and iteration plans to improve success rates. Own the pipeline of net new prospects, while acting as support for onsite meetings and information gathering before calls.
- **Industry Expert**:stay up to date with new services/products and plans of Flipp, as well as maintaining and analyzing market data and resources for the new business team

**What you'll bring to the team**:

- 1-2 years experience prospecting (tech or retail background preferred)
- You are an effective - and efficient - prospector, with creative approaches to engage cold contacts
- You are a pioneer - **you can navigate through ambiguity** and are excited to build a business from the ground up
