Hotel Front Desk Manager

**Job Overview**
**Responsibilities**
- Supervise and coordinate front desk operations, including check-in/check-out processes.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate front desk staff to ensure outstanding guest services.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and care.
- Maintain accurate records of room availability, reservations, and billing information.
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures while promoting a positive guest experience.
- Manage phone systems effectively to assist guests promptly and courteously.
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance service delivery and resolve issues.
- Monitor front desk activities to ensure smooth operations during peak times.
**Skills**
- Strong background in hospitality management or related fields.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Proficiency in phone etiquette and effective communication techniques.
- Experience with hotel management software and front desk operations.
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable for effective guest interaction.
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing reservations and guest requests.
- Previous experience in a hotel environment is preferred.
