Executive Assistant

**Job Summary**
**Responsibilities**
- Manage and maintain executives' schedules, including Outlook Calendar appointments and meetings.
- Answer phone calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, typing, and organizing documents.
- Prepare and proofread correspondence, reports, and presentations for accuracy and clarity.
- Assist with front desk operations as needed, greeting visitors and managing inquiries.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Utilize QuickBooks for basic financial record keeping and invoicing tasks.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries for executives as required.
- Support special projects by conducting research and compiling information.
**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Outlook) and QuickBooks is preferred.
- Strong clerical skills with a keen eye for detail in proofreading documents.
- Excellent organizational abilities with the capacity to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact professionally with staff at all levels.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making capabilities.
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: $15.00-$20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
