**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and organize administrative tasks, including scheduling, document management, and correspondence.
- Provide excellent customer service by answering phone calls and responding to inquiries.
- Assist with project coordination and ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and handle procurement.
- Support the team with various administrative duties as needed.
- Help ensure the company meets profitability goals and exceeds client expectations
- Lead clients through an exceptional experience during interactions
- Develop and maintain sales information to meet milestones and completion dates
- Maintain, track, and report on financial aspects of projects, including subcontractors, materials, coding, forecasts, and billings
- Ensure all employees and subcontractors communicate with clients professionally
- Support and maintain a healthy, happy work environment and corporate culture.

Qualifications:

- 3 years minimum as an executive assistant to a CEO or COO.
- Previous experience working in a construction company office environment is an asset, but not required.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience with QuickBooks and Google Suite preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and excellent computer skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented and able to prioritize tasks effectively.

Salary and Benefits:

- Part-Time
- Starting Salary at $22.00 - $26.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.
