Receptionist/office Assistant

**Responsibilities**:
Answer, screen and forward incoming calls
Greet and welcome guests as they arrive in the office
Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
Basic data entry
Filing
Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable
Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as mail, photocopying, faxing, etc.
**Requirements**:
CRM knowledge an asset
Sage 50 accounting knowledge an asset
Positive, professional attitude
Must be fluent in English, both oral and written
Basic competency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Attention to detail
Work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Repetitive tasks
Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
First Aid Ticket an asset
**Job Type**: Permanent
Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
