- **Team Leadership**: Manage and support office staff to enhance productivity, engagement, and alignment with business goals.
- **Sales & Business Development**: Develop and implement growth strategies with sales and marketing teams to drive revenue and expand our reach. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and market segments to support long-term company growth.
- **Customer Relations**: Build and nurture strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction, retention, and referrals.
- **Marketing Collaboration**: Partner with the marketing team to create and execute campaigns that build brand awareness and attract new clients. Contribute ideas for promotions, events, and content to engage potential customers.
- **Operational Management & Budgeting**: Oversee daily operations, manage budgets, and ensure resources are used effectively. Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- **Data Analysis & Reporting**: Track key performance metrics and analyze trends to provide actionable insights on customer feedback, revenue growth, and operational efficiency. Report regularly to leadership on performance and opportunities for improvement.
- **Experience**: Proven experience in office management, business development, sales, or related roles.
- **Leadership Skills**: Strong team management abilities with an emphasis on motivation, collaboration, and performance.
- **Business Development Mindset**: Strategic thinker with experience identifying new business opportunities and driving growth initiatives.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent interpersonal skills for client interactions and cross-functional collaboration.
- **Travel Readiness**: Willingness to travel to support business growth initiatives.

Pay: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Management: 3 years (preferred)
- Business development: 3 years (preferred)

**Location**:
