**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a driven and organized Business Operations specialist to join our team at Monde Development Group. Monde is a real estate development firm based in Toronto with a diverse project portfolio. The Business Operations Manager will play a crucial role in business analysis, growth initiatives, new venture development, and overall support of business development efforts.

**Responsibilities**:
Market Research and Analysis:

- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential development opportunities, market trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscapes.
- Analyze data to provide insights and recommendations for strategic decision-making.

Proposal Development:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop compelling proposals and presentations for potential projects.
- Coordinate the preparation of project documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Assist in the preparation of project budgets and financial analysis.

Proposal Tracking and Reporting:

- Maintain a database of proposals and business development activities, tracking key metrics and outcomes.
- Prepare regular reports on business development progress and share insights with the leadership team.

Strategic Planning:

- Contribute to the development and refinement of the company's overall business development strategy.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align business development efforts with the long-term goals and vision of the organization.

Project Ownership:

- Gradually assume ownership of specific projects within the portfolio.
- Take responsibility for project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

**Qualifications**:

- Some prior business experience related to the job responsibilities is a must.
- Related business degree is an asset
- Experience taking projects from end-to-end, including initiation, is an asset.
- Effective written & verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and research skills, including data-driven decision making.
- Ability to work independently is a must, along with collaboratively within a team.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

**Salary**: From $40,000.00 per year
