**About the Role**

The Sales Support Coordinator is working closely with the colleagues within the Sales + Sales Support teams and reporting directly to Team Lead Sales Support. Sales Support is proudly holding the responsibility to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of EcoOnline' s Sales teams in conjunction with the Revenue Operations Team in EcoOnline. In this role you will be supporting the sales teams directly but also play an important role to support cross function collaboration. You will be involved during the pre
- and post-sale stages where required and play an important role to maximize efficiency.

**Responsibilities**

As a Sales Support Coordinator you will be involved during the pre
- and post sale stages where required and play an important role to free up valuable time for sales professionals.

In conjunction with both the Sale Support Team Lead and Director of Revenue Operations, you will either take lead or support in
- implementing changes in sales processes / Rules of Engagements
- providing internal support to Sales Professionals to help maximize sales efficiency + accurate order submission
- escalating and solving potential bottlenecks
- data quality initiatives in CRM tool
- super user support for end users in CRM tool
- coordinating required training with the EcoOnline Sales Enablement Dpt
- coordinating cross function collaboration (Solutions, Finance, Professional Services++)
- internal approval processes
- facilitating internal deal reviews

**Qualifications**

**Expertise required**
- Proven work experience as a Sales Support Coordinator or similar supporting role in a dynamic environment
- Hands on experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Understanding of sales principles and customer service practices (preferred)
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Educated to degree level (preferred)
- Excellent English skills, both oral and written
