**Responsibilities as a Coordinator**: Take center stage in building a referral pipeline, increasing revenue across our services, and providing management oversight to our dedicated Community Support Workers/Enhanced Personal Support Workers and Rehabilitation Support Workers. Operate within a regulatory framework aligned with the goals and vision of our socially responsible group of companies.

**Qualifications**:
We would love to Start a Conversation if you are an experienced, dedicated, and skilled individual who possesses the following:
Initiative: Interested in running your practice within our service model and having extraordinary earning potential

Motivation: Highly motivated to think differently about how people are supported

Entrepreneurship: An entrepreneurial spirit and forward-thinking mindset with a focus on long-term objectives

Goal-Oriented: Interested in sales and marketing and have some previous experience

Professionalism: A strong professional identity and dedication to ethics

Background in the developmental service sector, working with individuals with a developmental disability

Applicant must be comfortable with marketing and working in a fast paced sales envrioment along with clinical skills to work within the social service sector
- College Diploma/University Degree in CSW, DWS, SSW, CYW, or equivalent.
- Mandatory 5 years of experience supporting individuals with complex needs in Mental health settings, Acquired Brain Injuries
- Mandatory 5 years of supervisory experience in a social service environment.
- Vulnerable Police Sector Screening.
- Driver's License.
- Willing to work in a commission based environment
