**Responsibilities as a Coordinator**: Take center stage in building a referral pipeline, increasing revenue across our services, and providing management oversight to our dedicated Children and Youth and Rehabilitation Support Workers. **Qualifications**:

- College Diploma/University Degree in CSW, DWS, SSW, CYW, or equivalent.
- Mandatory 5 years of experience supporting individuals with complex needs
- Mandatory 2 years of supervisory experience in a social service environment.
- Vulnerable Police Sector Screening.
- Driver's License.
