Job Summary:



  • We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at TLG Sales
  • The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Responsibilities will include coordinating the flow of information within the team, evaluating daily operations, and planning and organizing daily tasks
  • Additional duties will include managing contracts, scheduling appointments, and maintaining manual and computerized filing systems
  • The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of office procedures and routines, with the ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Key skills and qualifications include MS Office proficiency, excellent written and oral communication, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Education and experience requirements include a college certificate or diploma from a program of 1-2 years, or equivalent experience
