We are looking for a Human Resources Coordinator who will report to the Human Resources Manager to help provide support to multiple areas of the organization. In this role supporting the HR Business Partners, you will be at the forefront of improving the HR department and the employee experience, in addition to helping to support the growth of the organization.

**YOU WILL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO**:
Provide operational and administrative HR support to various internal processes and initiatives.

Analyze and update the sectors' HR performance indicators and provide explanations and recommendations.

Provide support to develop and implement plans, programs and tools in collaboration with human resources partners (HRBPs), by providing input to enhance organizational capabilities.

Participate in the sectors' HR projects by means of research, presentation, deployment and follow-up.

YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:
A degree in human resources, administration or equivalent relevant experience.

0 to 3 years of relevant experience.

Organized, disciplined and intellectually curious.

Ability to establish and maintain effective professional relationships.

Good analytical skills and ability to step back, seek solutions and manage results effectively.

Ability and ease to communicate in French and English, both verbal and written.

There is the option to work remotely 2-3 days per week.
