JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for an experienced IT delivery coordinator with an OCM, lean and continuous improvement mindset to guide our teams in implementing new cross-domain processes, adopting Agile practices and methodologies while overseeing project management activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in work organization (Agile), process definition and improvement, project management, and IT delivery processes. This role requires a combination of coaching, mentoring, and coordination skills to facilitate successful internal transformation and project outcomes.

YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO: Delivery coordinator:

Coordinate project activities and contribute to Roadmap maintenance with key business stakeholders. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless delivery of IT projects. Manage project budgets, expenses, and resource allocations. Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and best practices. Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization. Drive initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, and efficiency in IT project delivery.

Work organization and continuous improvement:

Coach and mentor teams in adopting Agile principles, methodologies, and best practices. Help teams to continuously improve through feedback loops and retrospectives. Foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, and continuous learning within the organization. Lead initiatives to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of IT delivery processes through lean principles. Identify areas for optimization and implement solutions to enhance productivity and quality.

Project management:

Oversee IT project delivery activities, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines. Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and resource allocations. Coordinate with stakeholders to define project scope, requirements, deliverables, and costs. Monitor project progress and identify risks, issues, and dependencies. Implement effective communication channels to keep stakeholders informed of project status and changes.

YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, business administration, or related field. Proven experience as an IT delivery lead, IT project manager, scrum master, or similar role. Strong understanding of lean principles, work organization best practices (including Agile), project management principles, and IT delivery processes. Excellent communication, leadership, organization, and interpersonal skills. Ability to influence and inspire teams to embrace Agile principles, project management practices, and collaboration. Proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA, Microsoft Project, or equivalent. Process Mapping with standards (BPMN 2.0). Knowledge of systems surrounding manufacturing operations such as MES (Siemens OpCenter), PLM (Siemens TeamCenter), CMMS (GMAO - GuideTI), ERP (SAP), manufacturing business processes and tools/functionalities. Knowledge of system integrations concepts (API, Service Bus, Rest, ETL, Databases etc.). Experience in Inspection Plans, QA, Audits, Defects & Problem Mgmt, PFMEA, and other quality related processes and standards. Green and Black Belt Lean Six Sigma (Black Belt nice to have), DMAIIC approach, Leading Kaisen activities. ServiceNow ITSM & CMDB. Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), or equivalent Agile certifications. Bilingualism (French and English).
