We are looking for a Human Resources Manager and Business Partner for your departments to join our wonderful and dynamic HR team.

**YOU WILL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO**:
Implement actions to support and respond to operational needs.

Guide, advise and support leaders in talent management, performance management, succession planning, workforce planning, change management, and team-building and recognition activities.

Recommend practical and creative solutions to empower and develop leaders.

Collaborate with our Talent Acquisition team to attract the best talent and meet the company's workforce planning requirements.

Participate in the development of new policies, procedures and programs.

Collaborate with the business by presenting KPIs and providing HR recommendations through analytics.

Manage work-related files, including disciplinary measures.

Identify, develop and implement training plans.

Coach and develop employees, managers and other HR team members.

Act as a change management facilitator.

Work closely with OD, training, compensation and benefits specialists, as needed, in all areas of human resources management and planning.

YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:
A bachelor's degree in human resources management or industrial relations with 7 years of experience as a generalist and 10 years of experience in team management.

Excellent knowledge of Quebec employment and human resources laws (including proven experience in independently managing disciplinary files).

The ability to positively influence those around you.

Bilingual French and English, both spoken and written.

Coaching and support skills.

Excellent collaborative and practical skills.
