We are looking for a Manager & HR Business Partner to join our team of experienced, committed and dynamic human resources professionals.

**YOU WILL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO**:
Implement practical and creative actions to meet operational needs while taking employees' interests into account.

Participate in the operation, growth and maintenance of our unique labour relations model.

Support the Operations team and employee representatives in managing labour relations files.

Guide, advise and support leaders in talent management, performance management, succession planning, workforce planning, change management, and team-building and recognition activities.

Collaborate with our Talent Acquisition team to attract the best talent and meet the company's workforce planning requirements.

Participate in the development of new policies, procedures and programs.

Collaborate with the business by presenting KPIs and providing HR recommendations through analytics.

Coach and develop employees, managers and other HR team members.

Work closely with organizational development, training, compensation and benefits specialists, as needed, in all areas of human resources management and planning.

YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:
A bachelor's degree in human resources management or industrial relations with 7 years of experience as a generalist.

Excellent knowledge of Quebec employment and human resources laws (including established experience in managing disciplinary files).

Excellent ability to build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships.

Leadership qualities, courage, a sense of responsibility, resourcefulness and good judgement.

Perfect French, both written and oral.

Coaching and support skills.

Excellent collaborative and practical skills.
