Global Physical Security Coordinator

We are looking for a global physical security coordinator who will report directly to the global security regional manager. The coordinator will ensure a secure environment for all personnel, properties, and assets through the adequate and efficient management of preventive and corrective security procedures and systems, following local law, corporate guidelines and NEEC/CTPAT regulations.

**YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO**:
Support global security strategy.

Maintain key performance indicators (KPI) to measure improvement of initiatives and activities.

Build and maintain business relationships with key business unit stakeholders and leaders.

Conduct visits/audits at the different sites and facilities, proposing recommendations.

Consolidate the local sites’ situation overview on security including incidents and activities on a monthly basis, and present to global security leadership.

Encourage, coordinate, and perform initial and continuous training of the security personnel and employees.

Ensure the development and implementation of corporate standards, policies and procedures.

Ensure that local resources respect corporate guidelines on security and execute their tasks and duties as described.

Coordinate investigations following security incidents.

Establish processes and controls to create a robust loss prevention program.

Support and coordinate investigations into code of ethics wrongdoing.

Manage security projects and provide insight into new technology.

Ensure alignment with industry best practices.

Oversee vendor and budget management.

Any other duties or responsibilities as assigned by the global security regional manager.

Ensure C TPAT requirements are met.

YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:
Bachelor’s degree in security or 10 years’ related experience
Full professional proficiency in French and English
Former experience in a similar position (Professional and/or transportation security a plus)
Certification - optional
Member of a security organization (i.e. ASIS International) - optional
