We are looking for a Human Resources Technician to support the Drive with BRP program reporting to the Regional Manager - Human Resources Operations - Canada to help us manage the budget and coordinate the delivery of vehicles to our program-eligible employees around the world. By participating in the management of this exclusive program, you'll be helping to give employees a taste of our customers' experience, and enabling them to share their passion for adventure. In this role, you’ll work closely with the Ride BRP Coordinator, the broader human resources team, our sales force and our dealer network to deliver an exceptional employee experience to our participants.

**YOU WILL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO**:
Independently prepare and monitor budgets, explaining program variances.

Respond to the various requests of our vehicle owner managers and dealer partners.

Coordinate the delivery of vehicles to our participating employees based in Canada, the United States and Europe.

Carry out insurance and vehicle registration processes, as well as providing administrative support in collaboration with various internal departments.

YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:
College diploma (DEC) in administration, human resources or other relevant training, or DEP in a similar discipline combined with relevant experience.

Excellent organizational skills, rigour and attention to detail.

Very good command of French and English, both spoken and written, in order to work with our partners in all our sites around the world.

Demonstrate a keen interest in budgetary procedures, while demonstrating solid expertise in Excel.

Cultivate a proactive and dedicated approach to customer satisfaction.
