About the Role

As a Business Development Representative with CityWest Cable and Telephone Corp, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by acquiring and managing small to medium-sized businesses in our service areas.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities that align with our strategic objectives.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Promote our brand image and identity within the serving communities, ensuring we remain top-of-mind for potential customers.
  • Analyze client results to ensure we are meeting their needs and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to inform our sales strategy.
Requirements
  • Post-secondary education in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • 1+ years of direct-selling experience with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong communication and consultative skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships with clients.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with experience using CRM software a plus.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent time management and organizational skills.
