Business Development Representative

As a Business Development Representative with CityWest Cable and Telephone Corp, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by acquiring and managing small to medium-sized businesses in our service areas.
Responsibilities- Identify and pursue new business opportunities that align with our strategic objectives.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Promote our brand image and identity within the serving communities, ensuring we remain top-of-mind for potential customers.
- Analyze client results to ensure we are meeting their needs and identify opportunities for growth.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to inform our sales strategy.
- Post-secondary education in business, marketing, or a related field.
- 1+ years of direct-selling experience with a proven track record of success.
- Strong communication and consultative skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships with clients.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with experience using CRM software a plus.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent time management and organizational skills.
- A competitive salary of $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
