**Payroll Controller**:
Our client has an immediate requirement for an experienced Payroll Controller to join its team in a Work-From-Home position. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong accounting or finance background to be part of growing company interfacing directly with clients and the senior management team.

The Client is an Irish-owned company offering client solutions across Recruitment, Cleaning & Supplies. With offices in Dublin, Cork & Belfast. They offer a genuine nationwide solution for clients across multiple service lines & sectors in Ireland.

The position reports directly to the Client’s Finance Director, the purpose of the Payroll Controller has full responsibility for the Payroll Process end to end.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Co-ordinating with other departments to gather all payroll data ensuring all payroll transactions are processed efficiently and in a timely manner as per company policy.
- Collecting, calculating, and entering data in order to maintain and update payroll information to be passed on to payroll company.
- Compiling summaries of earnings, taxes, deductions, leave, disability, and non-taxable wages and reporting on this.
- Analyzing data to provide analytical exception and other reporting to senior management.
- Resolving payroll discrepancies
- Maintaining payroll operations by following policies and procedures
- Developing ad hoc financial and operational reporting as needed

This is a work from home set-up.
