Strategic Sales Manager

Are you a skilled sales professional looking for a challenging role that utilizes your leadership skills? Fair Waves Coffee Inc is seeking a Strategic Sales Manager - Commercial Operations to join our team.
We are looking for someone with strong organizational and communication skills to oversee payroll administration, plan and control budgets, and work with the marketing department to understand and communicate marketing messages to the field. As a member of our interdisciplinary team, you will also have the opportunity to participate in strategic planning related to new product lines, establish organizational policies and procedures in relation to sales, and lead sales teams in building relationships with business clients and managing negotiations of sales contracts.
This role requires a Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of experience in sales or a related field. You must be able to work on site at our physical location and be available to travel as needed. The estimated salary for this position is $85,000-$110,000 per year, based on industry standards and market conditions.
