Receptionist/administrative Assistant

Bee Clean is hiring a **receptionist/administrative assistant** for its Winnipeg office In this role, you will work as part of a team alongside other administrative assistants, completing work orders, and assisting operations with various tasks. This is an in-person role, working from home is not possible.
**Responsibilities**:
- Answering a 6-line switchboard and directing phone calls in a professional and friendly manner with excellent customer service skills
- Maintain reception area and all common areas in a clean and tidy manner at all times
- Operate standard office equipment on a regular basis, including a fax machine, a copy machine, and a computer
- Keep detailed and accurate records of visitor requests and of calls received
- Manage security clearances and background check program
- Receive deliveries, sort and distribute incoming mail
- Create and manage Purolator shipments and other courier services
- Work order management
- Provide administrative support to office manager with certain tasks, including maintaining updated contact list for the HO as well as regional offices.
- Uniform ordering and Inventory management
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Professional appearance with 1 to 2 years of experience is an asset
- Proficiency in computers, specifically Microsoft Office programs, Outlook, Excell, and Teams
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent people skills; friendly and polite
- Must be able to present yourself in a professional manner

Pay: $35,000.00-$38,000.00 per year
