*Job Summary*

*Responsibilities*
- Communicate effectively with team members and external stakeholders
- Creation of basic marketing materials and updates to social media + website as needed
- Manage the front desk area ensuring it's cleanliness and upkeep
- Maintain phone etiquette and handle incoming calls professionally
- Oversee front desk operations and ensure a welcoming environment
- Proficient in excel for financial record-keeping
- Knowledge of phone systems and ability to troubleshoot basic issues
- Perform clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and organizing documents, invoicing and more.
- Supervise office staff and delegate tasks accordingly
- Manage payroll processes efficiently

*Skills*
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Knowledge of human resources practices
- Experience in front desk operations is a plus

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
- Commission pay

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- North York, ON M4A 1E1: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
