**Revenue Coordinator Job Description**

**Responsibilities**
- Monitor and analyze revenue performance and trends across various properties and services.
- Prepare and maintain detailed revenue reports and forecasts.
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely invoicing, payments, and financial records.
- Assist in the development and implementation of revenue management strategies.
- Conduct regular audits of financial transactions and records to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Identify opportunities for revenue optimization and cost-recovery measures.
- Provide support during the budgeting and financial planning processes.
- Work closely with key company personnel to ensure targets are achieved.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in revenue management, financial analysis, or a related role within the real estate industry.
- Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as Microsoft Excel and accounting systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
