Join our team as an Account Coordinator, Revenue in Toronto, ON.

Magnite is a leading software company that partners with the largest publishers in Canada to help them maximize their advertising revenue. Our software empowers publishers to forecast their traffic and maximize revenue from media buyers, for both their direct and programmatic sales, examples of leading publishers using Magnite’s software include Bell Media, Rogers, Globe & Mail, and Corus.

In this role you will:

- Develop and maintain strong collaborative relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
- Proactively monitor inventory and analyze performance data across an omni-channel portfolio to provide clients with recommendations to help them achieve their revenue goals.
- Troubleshoot supply integrations and deals monetization independently, as well as with cross-functional teams, including product and engineering, to resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
- Support the sales operation process and onboard new clients or supply across all Magnite platforms.
- Assist the leadership team in communicating the company's value proposition to new clients and large strategic accounts.
- Undertake specialized cross-functional projects to support the leadership team.
- Participate in industry events and conferences to represent Magnite and promote our products and services.

We’re looking for someone with:

- A Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- 1+ years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in ad tech or digital advertising
- Strong skills and experience with tools such as Excel, Google Slides, Salesforce
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to deliver presentations in written and verbal forms
- A solution-oriented approach that learns quickly adapts to internal and external factors
- Experience in prioritizing tasks effectively
- The bbility to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of the Canadian digital publishing landscape (is a plus)
- Comprehension of advertising, including programmatic
- A passion to delivering exceptional customer service
- Fluent in English and French
- Able to work in an in-office environment (3 days at the office - 2 days WFH)
