Revenue Management Specialist

This role involves overseeing the pricing strategy for optimal revenue generation across the company's network. The position requires coordination with various teams to implement and optimize market strategies, ensuring competitiveness and adherence to policy.
Main Responsibilities- Implement and maintain Porter's public and private fare strategy to maximize revenue.
- Collaborate with the Inventory Management team to develop and execute market strategies.
- Manage and administer the process of implementing public/private fare filings in ATPCO.
- Analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and track performance against goals to identify revenue opportunities and close leakage holes.
- Maintain and update pricing and revenue management system parameters to align with business objectives.
- Monitor competitor fare initiatives and day-to-day pricing adjustments to ensure competitiveness.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure policy and customer experience requirements are met.
- Support commercial and operational initiatives to successful completion.
- Previous airline pricing and revenue management experience is an asset.
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills, including proficiency in MS Office (Excel focus).
- University degree in Economics, Marketing, Finance, Network Planning, Strategic Planning, Operational Research, Mathematics, or Engineering required.
- Familiarity with industry revenue management systems, GDS, Navitaire, and ATPCO is an asset.
