Human Resources Consultant

**Job Purpose**
**Key Responsibilities**:
Under the direction of the Owner, provide a full range of Staffing and Recruitment processes including, but not limited to:
2. Conduct thorough reference checks.
4. Assist with and use various software systems.
5.Ensure ethical and professional conduct.
6. Other potential human resources projects including, onboarding, policies and procedures, labour relations etc..
**Qualifications**
Diploma in Business/Human Resources or relevant field and (5) five years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. A CPHR or other relevant designation is preferred.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Strong working knowledge of Staffing and Recruitment and best practices.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of human resources policies and procedures.
- Must have excellent interpersonal, communication and technical writing skills.
- Ability to use Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work flexible work hours.
Salary will commensurate with experience.
