As an HR Consultant, you will be a trusted advisor to leadership teams, providing guidance on a wide range of Human Resources matters and will work closely with senior leaders to understand their business strategies and priorities, and develop Human Resources solutions to support their goals.

**What Will You Do?**
- With a service mindset, build collaborative relationships across stakeholder groups
- Provide strategic consultation and HR advice to clients
- Support senior leadership in the interpretation of policies, procedures, directives and legislation
- Develop presentations and reporting for department and branch leadership teams
- Gather, analyze, interpret and present HR analytics Draft documentation such as project charters, standard operating procedures and briefings
- Support projects, participate in working groups and support corporate-level projects and initiatives
- Perform other related duties as required

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Public Administration or related field
- Experience in the areas of Human Resources, organizational development, strategy, issues management, planning and coordination, and project management
- Experience managing and supporting complex human resources projects that require strong leadership, initiative, and change management

**Skills required for success**
- Excellent communication skills, including presentation, written, verbal and facilitation skills
- Recognized organizational change management experience, which emphasizes the people side of change
- Demonstrated ability to build strategic networks, alliances and partnerships and work in a collaborative and integrated manner
- Ability to analyze and integrate information from multiple sources to form a comprehensive perspective
- Ability to achieve results, take initiative and be flexible and responsive to changing priorities and circumstances
- Ability to work effectively with senior levels of the organization and all operating areas

**Work Environment**:

- This position may be eligible for a hybrid work arrangement with the flexibility to work from both home and the worksite.
- This position is eligible for the EDO program (Earned Day Off).
