Office Administrator Assistant

Concord, Canada Silver Stone Landscaping Ltd. Full time

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
- Manage appointments etc. for the upper management
- Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
- Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Assist colleagues whenever necessary
- Processing and filing invoices
- Performing bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing, and monitoring accounts receivable/payable
- Maintaining general office files, including job files, vendor files, and other files related to the company’s operations.
- Type various notes, letters, memos and reports, as needed.
- Manage work schedule efficiently, completing tasks and assignments on time.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Organizational skills to assist all employees and clients at one time with various tasks
- Knowledge of basic computer programs and basic typing abilities
- Communication skills (Written and verbal), like having a pleasant demeanor and the ability to work with various types of personalities
- Attention to detail to submit work or send communications without error
- Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Ability to handle sensitive information
- Knowledge of QuickBooks for invoicing and reporting

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
