Office Administrator

**Position Overview**
The Office Administrator is responsible for administrative and clerical tasks in the office including correspondence, data entry, record keeping, supporting senior leaders, and coordinating meetings/ location events to ensure the smooth operation of the office.
**Key Functions & Duties**:
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
- Efficient and accurate data entry
- Participate in month end activities with accounting
- Report on daily hours for timely payroll approval
- Investigate billing discrepancies
- Organize health and safety records for all employees
- Initiate and work with HR to onboard new employees
- Maintain truck files are all up to date and handed out the drivers
- Collect and store CVOR data
- Inventory control and ordering of office supplies
- Assist with permit submissions
- Support preparing and submitting quotes
- Annual licence renewal process
- Follow up on weekly collection calls with the customers for accounting as required
- Assist colleagues as required
**Required Qualifications and Skills**:
- 2-3 years of Office Administration experience
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to reprioritize as needed and manage conflicting deadlines
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail
- Strong customer service orientation
