This role is crucial in providing a positive first impression and efficient front-end support to our clients and team members.

**Job Overview**:
As the Office Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the daily administrative functions of our company. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational and communication skills. You will be responsible for coordinating office activities, managing office supplies, assisting with customer inquiries, and providing general administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of our business.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Ofiice Management

a. Oversee daily office operations, ensuring a clean, organized, and efficient work environment.

b. Manage office supplies, equipment, and coordinate maintenance as needed.

c. Maintain a professional and welcoming atmosphere for clients and team members.

2. Payables

b. Assist in general administrative tasks, including data entry, filing and document preparation.

c. Coordinate with other administrative staff to ensure smooth office operations.

3. Record Keeping:
a. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including client information, invoices, and contracts.

b. Organize and file important documents, ensuring easy retrieval when needed.

4. Team Collaboration:
a. Work closely with management team to support various projects and initiatives.

b. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure effective communication and coordination across departments.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant, or relevant administrative role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Work, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with Jonas Enterprise Software is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles is a plus.

**Education**:

- High school diploma or equivalent

Pay: $20.00-$29.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
