Think Green Renovations is a small business in Victoria, BC. We are customer-centric construction company and we are looking for a like mind office/bookkeeping assistant. Our growing company needs a reliable, organized, individual to manage the day-to-day administrative and accounting tasks. The successful applicant will have a positive attitude, a desire to work as efficiently as possible, and excellent client-facing communication skills. Manage all incoming inquiries through gmail.
Manage Buildertrend software, training provided.
Assist project coordinator with day to day duties.
Bookkeeping with QBO.
Answering phone inquiries
Collecting, organizing and uploading documents/receipts
Data entry
Scheduling
Clean and maintain office space
**What we are looking for**:
2+ years experience within an administrative environment
Attention to detail HIGHLY IMPORTANT
Bookkeeping/Accounting experience.
Spreadsheet knowledge is a must.
Impeccable grammar and spelling
Intermediate computer skills
Quick learner
Pleasant, friendly disposition
Strong interpersonal communication skills
Preference given to individuals with experience within the realm of construction and associated fields. Experience with word press would be a huge asset.
**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual
Pay: From $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 18 per week
