**Job Overview**
**Responsibilities**
- Manage day-to-day bookkeeping tasks including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Perform bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial records.
- Conduct account analysis and reconciliation to maintain precise financial reporting.
- Process payroll accurately and timely, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks Online for efficient record-keeping.
- Prepare financial statements and reports as required by management.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
- Maintain organized financial files and documentation for easy access and audit purposes.
**Experience**
- Proficiency in accounting software, particularly QuickBooks Online, preference will be given to those with Quickbooks ProAdvisor.
- Experience with payroll processing, bank reconciliation, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform account analysis effectively.
- Previous experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar clerical role is preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
Pay: $30.00-$35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 per week
