We are a well established and growing public accounting practice on the West Shore and have an immediate opening for an Office Manager / Bookkeeper.

As the Office Manager in our firm you will be responsible for the day to day operations of the office including have strong bookkeeping and analytical skills, and be very comfortable with MS Office, SAGE50 and other software in a computerized office. Coverage for the reception is required as needed. The position includes a wide variety of responsibilities: Director of First Impressions while interacting with our clientele, administration, billing, payroll, bookkeeping, collections, filing returns with CRA. Prior office administration and bookkeeping experience is a must. Previous experience in a public accounting practice would be an asset.
