We are seeking a long-term, dynamic, organized, friendly, Sage-experienced bookkeeper and receptionist to join our great team.

We are a small, family-run business that manufactures and installs all manner of signs, serving Victoria to mid-Island.

Your role would be to handle **all** bookkeeping procedures via **Sage 50**:

- Payables
- Receivables
- All government remittances and filings
- Payroll
- Bank recs, bank deposits
- Maintaining in-office filing of the above, as well as work orders and job-related paperwork
- Running reports as required to keep the owner aware of current financials

You will also be the office manager, taking the majority of phone calls from customers, new and existing, maintaining office/shop supplies and supporting the owner with all things. You will work closely with the owner constantly.

**You**:

- Are outgoing, optimistic, patient, upbeat, efficient, hard-working, and willing to learn the sign industry
- Know how to shift and prioritize as required
- Have excellent written and oral communication skills and a very personable phone manner
- Have a great sense of humour
- Are an Olympian multi-tasker
- Are both Windows and Mac/Apple savvy

We love what we do We are a close-knit team of ten staff, and communication and compatibility are paramount.

We are open Monday to Thursday 7am - 5:30pm.

32 - 40 hours/week

Wage dependent on experience.
