**A PIVOTAL ROLE ON A LARGE TEAM.**
- Support the business leaders and hiring managers with the development and creation of the job profiles, job descriptions, job postings and job evaluations as it pertains to recruitment and talent planning.
- Organize, schedule and conduct onboarding and integration for all new employees ensuring their first experience as an employee is a memorable and positive one.
- Create an engaging orientation program that will welcome new employees and ease their transition into the Elmwood culture.
- Conduct workforce analysis including turnover, headcount, absenteeism, compensation, performance, benefits, and recruitment activity.
- Develop standard and ad hoc reports, templates, dashboards, spreadsheets, and metrics.
- Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics and resolve any issues that may arise
- Maintain employee information in various systems by entering and updating employment and status-change information
- Participate and support all company events and cultural initiatives.
- Organize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews
- Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations

**QUALIFICATIONS & WORK EXPERIENCE.**
- Diploma/Certificate in Human Resources Management or actively working toward this field
- 2-4 years experience in an HR capacity in a manufacturing environment.
- Certification as a Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) an asset.
- Detail oriented and ability to work to tight timelines.
- Ability to exercise tact and discretion in dealing with sensitive and confidential information.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multi-task.
- Strong written and verbal Communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
