**Overview**:
**Duties**:

- Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and professional manner
- complete data entry, collect transactions, track debits and maintain and monitor financial records
- Perform clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Greet and assist visitors at the front desk
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Assist with customer support inquiries
- Utilize computerized systems for office tasks
- Support office staff with various tasks as needed

**Skills**:

- Proficient in phone systems and etiquette
- Experience in clerical and front desk duties
- Knowledge of general office procedures
- Strong computer skills to handle digital tasks efficiently
- Customer service-oriented approach
- Previous experience as an Office Clerk or Dental Receptionist is a plus
